        Husband had hearing aid die and needed it replaced right away. They worked with us to get him in right away. They went on line and got all the info about his hearing aid although we had purchased them a while ago in another city. They were actually able to fix the aid on the spot, and we found out we still had 2 weeks left on 3 year warranty! Our specialist knew what she was doing! Can't recommend this company enough!

        Kim was very thorough with the hearing test and explained the process. I liked having a week to try out the hearing aids prior to purchasing.

        My visit to Connect Hearing was great. This was my first time in having a hearing test done. Kim was very professional throughout the whole process. She was able to identify the higher ranges that I have difficulties hearing. Kim noticed that there may be some fluid behind my eardrum. She said that I would need to get that checked out so she can retest my hearing. Its a relief to know that Kim wanted my eardrum issue corrected before talking about hearing aids. Kim was not in it for a quick sale but for my well being. Thank you Kim 8 months later, after I had the issue fixed in my ear that Kim noticed, Kim retested my hearing and found that hearing aids would be beneficial to me. Kim fitted me with hearing aids and I can hear things I havent heard in a long time. Since I am a musician, I will be able to hear more clearly picking out my parts. I will be able to hear more clearly with conversations in groups and one on one(especially one on one with my wife). The word huh will fall by the wayside. Thank you Kim for the work you do.
