If there was a rating of 6, they would get it. The caring service, professionalism, warm welcome, and product knowledge of the team of Tracy Eubanks and Pamela Holland is unmatched anywhere. I was lucky enough to be one of the first customers at this store. (Oh...and they have good cookies at Christmas!)

After having my hearing tested, by Tracy Eubank of Miracle Ear, I tried my first set of Hearing aids. I was both surprised and shocked at what I had been missing. Sounds I had not heard in a long time were clear and crisp!
I thought my hearing was fine--but have since realized how loud my car radio had been turned up and how loud I was playing my television. My work associates are most happy to not have to repeat themselves to me, or correct the mistakes I had been making because of my misunderstanding our customers and their request. My wife no longer has to hear me say "What?" or"Can you speak up?".
Tracy has been extremely helpful with my education and use of my new hearing aids and to follow up to answer any concerns or questions that I may have about them.They truly care about my needs and my quality of life. I would highly recommend to anyone that they contact Tracy Eubank at her office to have their hearing tested and find out what you have been missing.
