I did not have a good experience. Paid for vehicle in cash. Run around for MONTHS to get permanent tags. Dealership submitted a "rubber" check to DMV to pay car taxes - resulting in DMV fining my son for the fees. Working to notify BBB and city leaders in Hampton and Va Beach of this business!!! Buyer Beware!

My purchase was a 2006 Mercedes-Benz E350 with 72K miles. It is beautiful although it had a service advisement on the dash and a cracked front bumper. The performance is everything I expected and I inspected this vehicle to determine the condition was very good, and I negotiated somewhat accordingly. I am delighted about everything with the car and give the car an overall 4 stars. I will speak for Mr. Zek - he is an honest man and offers value for the dollar. He does not run a huge operation and although his office isn't jammed up with people hustling and bustling through a work day, I believe he spends his own money to bring in product he can represent. This is not a high pressure, high volume used car dirt lot. It is quite the opposite, small family business with him and his wife. Value for the dollar is 5 star. Next is to let you know that the ease of the transaction was one-on-one with full and very 'kind' attention. Mr Zek did the sales process and answered all my questions very reasonably and he also satisfactorily had my title and tags in my hands, and in speedy time - The paperwork process was sophisticated and dealer-oriented (nothing was shady or hand written except our signatures) including, an Odometer Statement, a Title Application, a Re-Assignment of Title and many more relative docs, in addition to a 30-Day Temp Tag. 4 stars. Also, although I am not a liberty to fully explain, I will say that on two occasions during the process, Mr Zek went an extra mile to make the process happen and to complete the sale, and I appreciated his doing so, 5 stars.
