This place truly sucks a**. Angel in the office was great however the so called "office manager" Wanda has no skills when it comes to customer service or listening. She seems to have an authority complex and cares more about her meaningless title that actually solving issues or making any progress. Communication and personal skills definitely need to be developed within the management team. Very bad experience.

Not even 1 star. Horrible, horrible ,horrible!!!The worst location from all the Coparts! The office along with the supervisor don't care about drivers, don't respect people ,cancel appointments when they want making drivers waiting for another day. If you, office, would be treated this way, would you like it? Be polite and respectful to drivers who work so hard! I am addressing this issue to the state's attention as well!

They picked up the phone prior to 5pm and discussed my vehicle with me for a few minutes. After 5:02pm I was told we would have to call back Monday to continue the conversation FOUR people discussing this issue to get some resolution and in the MIDDLE of the conversation it gets cut off due to their closing hours. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!?

This is the worst customer service I ever seen in my life ,they keep my check for more than 2 weeks ,I was calling them every day to mail it ,they keep saying that they mail it in the end they told me I have to come get.
