        Unfortunately there isnt a zero star option. If youre filing anything beyond a 1040ez. DO NOT COME HERE! My husband and myself are still going back and forth with this branch in reference to our 2022 taxes. They initially allowed an inexperienced rep to prepare our taxes which cost us thousands of dollars. After that we were then passed along to a tenured tax specialist who ended up filing incorrect documentation on our behalf. Weve spent countless hours in the office and on the phone with customer service and have gotten absolutely NO WHERE! Oh, the money back guarantee program is an absolute joke! Save yourself time and money and let another company process your taxes.
