H&R Block

This place screwed up my taxes so hard, first of all my tax pro Frances Klovstad couldn't put my tax info in right so my direct deposit didn't go through !!!!! Then when I finally got my 1 of my checks from H&B block and had alot of trouble trying to deposit it at the bank, when I went in and asked for help or to reinstate the check they couldn't even give me any information on what was going to happen next!!!! They basically told me that there boss wasn't there and that they couldn't do anything I've waited for the past few days to hear nothing from them and when I called concerned today they brushed me off bc they had another client in the office this is the worst customer service I've had anywhere in a long time. I tried calling the regional manager just to get the answering machine I'm deeply upset and disappointed that I paid for my tax preparation with this company it's frustrating and upsetting the way they left me in the dark even after paying for the for this service and to basically be told they know nothing to help me and that the only person who can won't get back to me.

H&R Block and my agent, Michelle were great. I quickly and easily scheduled an appointment. But, make sure you check if your agent is now working out of a different office, because if you elect to keep the same one they might have moved and you could be driving to a different location if that is a priority to you. Overall, Michelle explained everything thoroughly, I receive updates about my return, and she even gave me tips about what new legislation has gone through to watch out for when I file next year. Very pleased.
