If it wasn't for Mr. Anderson, I would be paying 200 dollars more a month on my mortgage. He took the time to look at my then current mortgage rate/payment and was able to give me a new rate that was the lowest I could find. What I appreciate even more was is there was no pressure to sign. He presented the information, walked us through the process and then left it up to my wife and myself to make our decision, answering all our questions along the way. I highly recommend Stephen if you are in the market.
