Why is this place even open with such major renovations in progress there are workers on site early and late in the middle of the floor, tools laid out, painting, cleaning, refinishing floors, and trying their best. This is shortsighted on the part of OWNERS. Finding layers of work dust in rooms, a supply shortage, tools and obstructed passage at noon, at 4, at 7 is not my idea of even a two-star stay. I understand that staff need paychecks. Perhaps the progress OWNERS could make by closing for a month and paying cleaning staff and construction staff to clean and construct IN THE ABSENCE OF CUSTOMERS is a better idea than betting that somebody wont $lip and fall on the way back from breakfast. I wiped down my entire room upon arrival. You cannot have it both ways. BTW, if you are serving breakfast, serve coffee, actually brewed vs the watered down pour-over I got after waiting 10 min. Cant blame the workers if they are being asked to succeed under most inhospitable conditions. Noteworthy details: March 2023. Supplies low, wear a hard hat and bring your own cleaning supplies.

Had a bathroom accident and called for room service. I didnt mind helping room service with the cleaning as it was our fault but room service never came. They held my $150 deposit on behalf of the accident. Not really fair as I called twice and they just never showed up. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 3/5 More
