        The white lady there switched my plan from 25 dollars unlimited to 50 dollars. So think about all the elderly folks she's robbing out of their money. She made it sound good while adding everything she could think of. So all my money was refunded .

        I never got the lady's name. Everytime I go in there she would always make me call customer service on the landline. She would say she can't do what I need on the computer. ALL LIES!!! She was rude and short. Act like she did not want to help me. This has happened multiple times. I would have to go to another location to get help. This will be my last time. If she does not know how to use a computer, she should not be employed there.
