I was not greeted by Ladesha nor did she make me feel comfortable. It was silent the entire service. I was told to purchase 7 packs of pretwisted hair for crochets but 1 pack was a different color from the rest, which was not used when it should have, because I have gaps that are exposing my braids. To top it all off, the crochets are coming out. She truly does not know what she's doing because this is a simple hairstyle, and she could have blended the off-colored pretwisted pack of hair. I could have attempted to install the crochets myself if I knew the results were going to be like this. I hope the tip I gave her was worth it because I'm no longer coming to her EVER again especially considering she's located in Hampton while I reside in Chesapeake!!
