    I had a good experience with what I assume was previous owners about two or three years ago so I decided to take a different vehicle to them in 2023. As a retired 40 year ASE certified master mechanic myself I pride myself on recognizing quality automotive service. After this recent experience I wouldn't trust these guys to change my oil much less any more involved services. My advice is to bypass this business especially if you have no automotive experience.

    Brought my Honda s2000 here after having a bad experience at the dealer let me just say I was impressed, My valves were way out of adjustment and had motor noise but the guys here are Barneys were able to get my car back running 100% at a reasonable price and fast turn around a very honest/trustworthy shop +++

    MIGHT WANT TO READ THIS BEFORE COMING HERE-THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL ,RUDE AF, AND CHARGE YOU MAD MONEY FOR NOT EVEN FIXING A THING YOU NEED DONE AND THEY STOLE THE PAPER I GOT FROM THE LAST PLACE SAYING WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR AND LEFT MY CAR WORSE OFF THEN IT ALREADY WAS I didnt pay attention to the bad reviews and the fact that they only got 117 reviews all together for a reason KURK OR KIRT whatever his name is told me to come up there 85$ for a diagnostic I told him and the front desk guy my ac had nothing coming threw out my car and was not blowing cold and that my defroster was not working I have a newborn so I was trying to get it fixed before the summer because obviously I cannot have him in no hot car tell me why they both told me 85$ for the diagnosis and itll be taken off if I get the work done by them so Im like okay sounds good and affordable so I leave my car there keep in mind my mother is with me the whole time knowing everything thats going on so she takes me home with my newborn leaving my car with them they told me before doing any work they would give me a call then I get a text of a receipt of 234.09 for a dye being put in my car Ive already gotten done before so basically they charged me all that money and didnt do anything at all to fix anything I asked for and because they messed up gone have the nerve to tell me oh we can only go down to 110 thats the most they can do like what 113$ for nothing to be fixed at all then Kurt or Kirk had a hol attitude the Hol time acting like a female for having to do his job that he not even good at gone tell me he been on his back the past two hours like that aint his job taking my car apart and if I wanted to pick my car up while in pieces I could it wont change his day if I did not have my newborn I wouldve called the police or did the absolute most because how u getting smart when both yall slow mechanics told me the wrong information then charged me for not fixing anything at all NOTHING I CAME FOR WAS FIXED THATS EXACTLY WHY THE PLACE LOOK RUN DOWN AND THEY LOOK DEPRESSED WHEN YOU WALK IN SOMETHING TOLD ME DO NOT COME HERE WHEN I NOTICED THE LAST BAD REVIEW RIGHT BEFORE PULLING UP! I will definitely listen to my guy next time COME HERE AT YO OWN RISK MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS READ BAD REVIEWS THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER BUT GOD DONT LIKE UGLY SO I AM NOT WORRIED THEY LOOK EMPTY ALREADY PROBABLY BE CLOSED DOWN SOON ANYWAYS I end up paying the 113 and saying get my put back together now and taking my car to a way better place that u can actually trust and actually like they jobs its sad having to go threw this they had my car all day I woke up at 6am with a newborn just to go early 8am to make sure it would be done and they kept my car and fixed nothing and tried to keep my car till the next day just to fix nothing like no I picked my car right up cuz no you will not ever play in my face my car shaking and was not doing that before I came there AGAIN MAKE SURE YOU READ BEFORE COMING HERE BECAUSE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE BEGGED FOR AND OLD AS CAN BE MUSTVE BEEN FOR THE OLD OWNERS! UPDATE: why would I lie Ive gave plenty of places good reviews I came in there with a great attitude thinking you guys were trust worthy telling my mom this place seems like they actually do what needs to be done and if anyone is smart theyll read how ghetto and uneducated u sound in every response you yelled at me cuz u was mad u on your back doing the job your supposed to do and you keep talking about stellar reputationwhere cuz half your reviews are bad even a retired mechanic put a bad review a month ago .but ure not worth my time continue doing the work you hate thank you

Thanks for review. Unfortunately, your side of the story isn’t the truth. When you dropped the vehicle off, you said the A/C wasn’t blowing cold. So we serviced your A/C. After completion of repairs, you the added it was not coming out of the defrost. So, we removed the refrigerant, and didn’t not charge you.After you calling, and yelling at the tech for 2 straight minutes, without taking a breath, we tried explaining to you what was wrong. You had already made up your mind, and there was nothing in this world that could have made you happy. We had a few hours in diagnosing your problem, hence the diagnostic charge. We figured out your issue, but you declined any services.We have been in business since 1996, with thousands of great customers. You were one of the most rudest people my staff has ever had to deal with. We are doing you a service, and you talked to the employees like you owned the place.
