Worse experience!!!! And its the only one around me(next one is 35miles away) so I have no choice but to come back here again SADLY. I called to make an appointment for my vehicle, asked all the questions I was concerned about including time frame and if I was going to pay anything outside my maintenance contract. I was satisfied and made the appointment, only to drive 25mins, get there and get told that its going to take 3days.. So why was I told it was going to take 3-4hrs, and even booked me a ride to dropped me home and picked me up wen my car is ready . I WISH THERE WAS SOMEWHERE CLOSER..

I When with my car 2016 E 63SAMG Ernest and the mechanic Technician they really did even a video of what was wrong with the car and parts that need to be replaced. Impressed of the service of this dealership.
