The only good thing I like about these apartments is the location ! Its in the middle of everything ! Everything else I hate about it . My rent rent from $755 to $905 in the past 4 years . & they go up every year When I renew my lease. I only have a 1 bedroom apartments that about 515 square footage . It is NOT worth it . They never come check on anything thats wrong but the minute you a day late on rent, they quick to put a letter on your door . Again, NOT worth it . I am in the process of looking for a new place. Ms. Amanda was the coolest lady at the rental office. RIP to her

Merrimac's P.M., Ms. Lindsey is hands down the coolest, most-understanding & professional in the business. Merrimac has the best rental prices in Hampton, quality well-kept Apts. Very thorough, professional & responsive Property Management staff. Great value & community to live in inexpensively. Looking for a place...contact Merrimac's Ms. Lyndsey. She's about her business!
