Haus of Nails

So I will start this off with its been awhile since I have had a pedicure and my nails done. With 3 kids time and money make it hard. We were going on vacation so I made time to treat myself. I had a great nail experience. I showed the woman what I wanted and had no problems doing it. My pedicure on the other hand, like I said its been a few years for an actual pedicure but I obviously do my best to take care of things at home myself. My issue was that she was cleaning on the sides and underneath and would wipe it on the top of my feet and point at and look at me waiting for me to say something about it. I had already told her I havent had a pedicure in a while so her doing that honestly was a little embarrassing because I do my best to clean and cut my toenails at home.

Im not one to usually get my nails done (been disappointed way too many times to spend the $ when I can do them myself). However, Ive been wanting the ombr French tip for forever and definitely cant do that myself. My friend has been going here for forever and I always love her nails (she gets dip powder, and all the times Ive gotten dip its wayyyy too thick it looks like I have putty on my nails). I truly have never been happier with the way my nails came out. Only complaint was they were a little aggressive on the filing around the edges it did hurt my skin a bit. But, 10/10 would definitely come back/recommend! Service: Dip powder

Highly disappointed. I got my nails done on Saturday by a tech name V and he was very professional and pleasant. One Wednesday I noticed my gel polish chipping and here it is is Friday and most of the polish is gone. It hasnt even been a week yet. I called the salon and the phone just rung multiple times. Very much a waste of my time and most importantly my money. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

My latest visit was my second and LAST visit. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because honestly we all have a humanly bad and/or busy day and tend to forget our manners. Being that the service I was charged for and the experience I received over the course of both visits I will not be returning. On first visit, it was a Saturday, busy, and they will work you in vs. losing a sale to make money, fine, who wouldnt? I was applaud to see the female owner ROLL HER EYES at her own employees who MAKE HER MONEY!!!! This is very poor character on behalf of an owner and a complete insult to the hard workers who line your pocket! On my second visit, I was NOT TOLD that there is an added fee for gel nails which I told them I do not want several times and the lady kept repeating It last longer, Umm no thank you. but it last longer, you will like. Again, No thank you. NOR did they tell my daughter that they charged EXTRA for coloring each nail a different color. When we went to pay for 2 pedicures it was over $100! Im done. I DO NOT recommend this company as they are pure money hungry, inconsiderate and disrespectful which the communication is likely channeled and directed to the employees by and from the owner herself. I will say the worker did an amazing job! I give them only 1 star rating for the fact that they have the sense to open a business but need more education on customer service and how to treat your employees. Its called dignity and respect!
