Very accommodating for this gentleman with little nail salon experience and no appointment. UPDATE: just had my first pedicure, quite a big deal for this ol guy. Helen was amazing, so encouraging. I'm walking on pillows it feels like. I'm never looking back!

I went to get my dip nail polish removed and the lady filed my nails way to thin. They are now literally paper thin. They are so thin that I cant even scratch my back without the nails bending. She also burned my cuticles on a few of my fingers. Now I have to wait god knows how long for my nails to grow out. Never going back again.

$117.00 October 16th... liquid gel is not supposed to break like this...I don't even have new growth yet...sad I tipped her well too...lesson learned NEVER WALK INTO AN EMPTY NAIL SALON...I repeat the salon was EMPTY Services: Sculpted nails, Gel manicures

If there was an option to not leave any stars, I wouldnt. I went in for a gel manicure on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one other person there getting a pedicure. Fine its a slow day, I get it. I was in and out in under 35 minutes. She didnt handle my cuticles she ran an emery board across the edges but my hand in cold water and asked if I wanted them trimmed. It was like a basic polish change. I genuinely wasnt in the mood to debate this lady on the basics. She polished them and I left. Not even 4 days later, the polish is chipping terribly.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
