Burned my chicken quesadilla and when i asked for another one they said all of them will come out that way. I was looking to my right and a lady had a quesadilla that was not burned. I asked if it could be replaced with something else and they said NO. No apology too, no offer for a refund. I threw it away as it was inedible.

I work nearby and usually get Chipotle. I order extra servings of rice, lettuce, cheese, and this time got double meat and they did not disappoint. I hate the serving portions as well so I double up on anything I can. I love this location. I order lunch here and they're on point!!

My visit to Chipotle today (7/3) around 3:15pm left me disappointed and compelled to give this poor review. Upon arriving, all 6 staff members ignored us. One woman after 5-10 minutes of being ignored for service looked at me and rudely held her finger up telling me to wait. She did this twice before another staff member finally took our order. The food itself was very subpar, not even the slightest amount warm, and the portions were laughable. At checkout, the same woman was rude yet again. Every internal company issue was now supposedly my problem. The most frustrating part of my visit was there was no opportunity for free water. It was 95 degrees outside and because they didn't have water cups, she told me I would have to pay for a soda cup. After some back and forth arguing, I eventually gave up. What restaurant doesn't provide free tap water? I am consistently disappointed in Chipotle at most locations and even their online ordering process, but this one takes the cake. I cannot recommend this location for a pleasant dining experience.
