Labcorp at Walgreens

Terrible experience. Staff only works at one pace - SLOW. Excessive wait times. No empathy.

Garbage location. The Hispanic woman working there today shows a noticeable preference for white male customers, typical microaggressions, such as more patient, memorizing their name, memorizing what was said to her when it comes from white male customers, attentive and not rushing them. When I called her a racist, she literally had to stop and think. When I politely tried to address her at first she kept cutting me off to where I had to ask are you going to let me speak, but Im sure her preferences white men she would not dare to talk to them the same way, never again! Shes not a competent employee and Im tired of Hispanics thinking they are honorary white people, newsflash they dont like you either.

I made an appointment ahead of time. I registered when I got there. I waitedwaited..waited. I asked the Walgreen employees if they can help me. One Walgreen employee told me to knock on the LabCorp.(apparently this has happened a lot w/this location)As I was getting ready to knock...it seems like the employees in there are having a good time laughing and talking. Here I was waiting for over 50 mins and their were no other people waiting - I left!! Very Unprofessional!! I will not go back to LabCorp in this location! The one in Midlothian is better and more professional. If management contact mewell, you read what I wrote.
