Yikes. Their phone system offers zero options to speak to a human should there be an issue in your scheduling or money exchange process. When hundreds of dollars are at stake, this is a highly unethical way to conduct business, especially when health-related. I managed to find an email address which I have not gotten a response from 6 days later. The other day I began to panic thinking this was an elaborate scam to which I'd lost $408, but my friend drove to a testing site for me to confirm it was real. They told my friend they'd give me a call. I haven't gotten any call a day and a half later. I regret pursuing PCR testing through this enterprise. Think twice before you do. If there's a mistake in scheduling you may never get money back. I will update if I get any resolution. Poor and unfair conducting of business.
