1st Class Towing & Recovery

My insurance hired this company to tow my car from my parents house to the collision shop after I was in an accident. I was told by the collision shop as long as the key was in the cup holder, no one had to be home since I was at work. My sister was home when the truck showed up and the driver called me and said that my car had to be cleaned out and the plates removed. I told him it was going to the collision shop for an estimate and he said that no, they totaled it based on the year and mileage. Who they is, I have no clue since it hadnt even been looked at yet. My sister took out my personal belongings but didnt take the plates because the driver was rushing her and she couldnt find a screw driver. I got to the collision shop that afternoon about 2 hours after my car was picked up and they hadnt dropped my car yet despite it only being about 30-35 min from where they picked it up. I called and they said it would be there by EOD. Long story short, it took them 4 days, endless calls, and them taking it to the WRONG shop (even though they confirmed the address of the right shop with me) to finally get my car to the shop. I was at the point of reporting the car stolen because they were just giving me the run around. Ive sent in a complaint to my insurance to tell them to not use this company again because they caused undue stress and anxiety on top of an already stressful situation. Zero stars but have to give one to leave a review. Company is trash.

The worst damn towing service EVER. They lied from 6am to 12pm, never came to pick my car up. I will file a complaint with my insurance company to make sure they terminate their contract with them. They are very unprofessional!!!

1st driver was aggressive, rude, and when confronted about the manner he speaks, will just leave you car. The owner is no better to be honest. dHe will aggressive hound you in a phone convo if youre not leaving a good review. The manner on how he speak to you will leave you speechless .The only good part was that the second driver was nice and polite and we had no issues. Would not recommend.
