Norma Jean Towing

My boyfriend and I were traveling home from vacation and got a flat tire on the side of the interstate late at night, and I cannot thank this tow company enough for how nice and professional they were. We had our 2 dogs with us and they accommodated them just as well as they did us. HIGHLY recommend!

On Thursday the 29th , my car broke down in Fredericksburg, I live in Woodbridge. I called AAA and they routed me to Norma Raes, Erik was my driver, he is so professional and such a good guy. It turned out that I was familiar with his last tow company that he worked for. He and I hit it off great, it was like we were a couple of old friends meeting after a long time away. He made me feel as though I was the only thing that mattered during that tow.Thank you, Joe Coleman

Dead Battery - in driveway - was told by AAA 45 minutes to an hour. Imagine my surprise when 20 minutes later "ZACK" pulled up. Did the test. discovered the wrong model battery with insufficient CCAs had been installed at some point and hooked me up from the truck with a new one. Excellent service. Truly appreciated. Zack was professional and obviously very experienced. Thank you Norm Jean. Hang on to this technician!!
