My car fell in a ditch in May and called towing company to help me pull it out. Guy came over and struggled to get it out, refused to try to move my car as I had suggested it. He pulled my car in 3 different ways causing damage and pulling off the front bumper and damaging the front of the car. Service: Part finding & extracting

Dispatched by my insurance company for a battery service. Arrived within the window provided by the insurance company. The team that arrived were professional, friendly and committed to get my car started. Made sure that my alternator was functional before departing. First rate service and will definitely keep their number in case I need help in the future.

These guys were nice enough. But they couldn't unlock the car and they just kinda bailed on us. It was a honda. Lets get some more training on the younger guys. I was patient with them and supportive but... A) if you don't know how to do it phone your supervisor. B) do not ever be willing to bail on customer that has 3 small kids including a 2 month old.

I can honestly tell you that I talked to the owner of this Business and they told me that "we will do anything to collect a pay check. We don't care how we do it."When you are towed by them you have to deal with a sassy lady that has a hired hand with her and has a sassy mouth that will curse you up and down. as long as she gets her money she will leave you alone. You can tell it is her because she has a air freshener hanging from her rear view Mirror that is a middle finger for all to see. This is one of those Fly by night companies that I would like to see go away. Not to mention the damage They have done to my yard and asphalt with tow arm.
