Coleman Towing was something unexpected in terms of providing prompt service ( w/o) the usual 2hr plus waiting for service tow. Prior to John's arrival I received location updates and phone calls in real time which gave me hope. John is by far the most professional Tow Driver I've met. Jeff Stembaugh is the BEST tow truck driver ever! His truck is clean with a nice neutral scent in the cabin. This really matters, as I am wearing a white outfit! My outfit is still spotless even though he dropped me off at the dealership a few minutes ago! Jeff is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and an expert with decades of experience. He takes pride in his work and it shows. // The Coleman dispatcher was of equal caliber, helpful, and a great problem solver who corrected several errors (incorrect information received from my insurance company)! They cared enough to take the time to verify the data they received. Excellent customer service! Thanks a million!

I have used Colemans before the drivers are always respectful and Patient. When calling customer service, it is always a good experience very professional and courteous. Colemans is the number one towing service and my book very appreciated and thankful for their services.
