Perry Aire Services, Inc. provided me with the fastest, most communicative and most thorough service that Ive ever received from any company. I was having a really hard time with my home warranty company in getting my HVAC replaced. Id had 3 different companies look at it and let me and our home warranty company know that it was beyond repair and needed replacement. Due to the fact that our unit was in the crawlspace, none of the companies were willing to go to bat for me in convincing our warranty company to move forward with the replacement. Steve from Perry Aire was called in for a final assessment of our system. He took the time to really listen to my experience and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, advised me on how to best handle every situation and made sure that he was following up with all parties involved to get our HVAC replaced as fast as possible. Lee came out on two separate occasions and was very sweet to speak with and thorough of his assessment of our unit. Jose, Rick, and Hugo changed our unit out in less than a full business day despite the job being a difficult one with the main unit located in our extremely narrow crawlspace: something that other companies were saying was impossible. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to any homeowner who is looking for heating/cooling services and I am adding 5 extra stars for a company that goes above and beyond.
