        If you want the bare minimum plumber they are you plumbers. But be prepared for no communication, attitude and false expectations of them actually following through with the fix! First day you had 3 digs ahead of us. Then 7 days later you still have two digs. Just got off the phone with the wonderful warranty company and you should be hearing from them as they are also not happy with the lack of communication and attitude from Jenny.

      Im sorry you feel this way. When dealing with home warranty we have steps to follow. Once approved we to try to get you on the schedule in a timely manner.
