Stop second guessing and go to Progressive!! We've been taking our cars to Progressive for years for both routine and unexpected maintenance and recommend them to everyone we know! We refuse to go anywhere else. In fact, we drive 35 minutes north because they are worth it! They are honest, trustworthy and upfront. Their staff is always so kind and helpful. They literally go out of their way to take care of you and educate you and never once have I felt like they were trying to upsell me or add on services. They tell me exactly what I need and nothing more. This week I had a check engine light pop on and when I called they immediately got me set up for an appointment, took their time to explain what the codes were and what the problem was, made sure I understood and had me fixed and back out the door in under an hour! All while I waited in their comfortable and cozy waiting room. I can't recommend them enough!! Do yourself a favor and call them!

My experience with Progressive has been the best of any automotive service providers I've ever used (and I am not young!). I'm confident that my 12-year-old car with nearly 100K miles will continue to run well for as long as I want to keep it, thanks to the excellent and reasonably-priced maintenance it gets at Progressive.
