        I brought my car in with a chronic error message problem that Ive been trying to solve for months. Ive been to the dealership and other repair shops, but no one could find the cause or solution. The team at this Firestone were not only knowledgeable of the problem, but they were able to fix it in under an hour for less than $30. Very thankful I was able to get this issue finally solved!!

        DANGER- BEWARE!!!!! DONT go here Car was feeling funny, almost like a tire was loose. Drove it all the way to NC and to DC! The noise was getting worse, so we took it to the shop. They said when Firestone did the alignment, the jam nut that hooks the inner and outer tire rod together was loose!!!!!!!! They said if we had hit a pot hole or driven it long enough, it would have popped off, causing the car to crash!!!!!!!! Especially it it were on the interstate. So scary to know my family and I could have had a severe accident going 70 miles per hour!!!! If you read the reviews they appear to make negligent life-threatening mistakes over and over. Dont waste your time.
