Jeff was amazing! His knowledge of the industry and his trade was self evident. Jeff demonstrated remarkable sales skills, exhibiting a high level of interpersonal charm, professionalism, and patience. He guided us meticulously through various mattress options in the quest for the ideal mattress, that was found. Highly recommended!

Had to wait a bit for things to play out before I could comment on my experience. Anyhow, went to Mattress Warehouse to purchase a new mattress to replace our sagging Temperpedic Mattress. We worked with Anna. We decided to try a conventional mattress this time. Anyhow, the mattress we received was the same model we tested in the store , but it felt different and my wife and I were getting stiff backs by sleeping on it and it was less than one month old. By the suggestion of the rep at the store, it was suggested that the manufacturer send out a mattress inspector. It was determined that the mattress was sagging by 1 inch but not enough for the manufacturer ( 1 1/2 was the manufacturers) tolerance) and we would have been stuck with this mattress since M.W follows the manufacurers guidelines. What made Mattress Warehouse stand out was their one time Mattress Exchange Offer in which they allowed us to exchange the bad mattress even to include the old Labor Day Sales prices. Also their salespeople were great people, very supportive and easy to work , Alex, and Anna thanks. We were going to try another conventional mattress but went online research and looked at reviews of the mattresses we purchased, and the other mattress we were considering, and decided best to purchase a firm Temperpedic and skip the conventional mattress. I would recommend this store highly, but if I had to do it over, would due my due diligence and research the mattress I I am considering in purchasing before I purchase. Although our case was different from most people and had it's twists and turns, we are very happy with our purchase and would consider this store if we need another mattress in the future.

My son and I visited the store a few weeks ago to buy a new mattress for my bedroom. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful employee named Jeff. From the start, Jeff listened to me, actually both of us because my son asked even more questions than I did; then he showed us different options that he thought would fit my needs based on the information I had provided to him. Jeff explained the features and benefits of each one. He was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all questions. He helped me choose the best mattress for my needs and budget and even offered a recommendation that surprised me because it was based on making the smarter choice and not choosing the most expensive which I was actually leaning toward. He arranged for a quick and easy delivery. I have since received my bed and it is great! Jeff was right, his recommendation was a great choice. I was very impressed by his professionalism and customer service skills. He made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend Jeff and this store to anyone looking for a quality mattress and great service. Thank you, Jeff! Oh and I should mention, I had already purchased a mattress from a competitor that I was not happy with which I returned, that is how I ended up at Mattress Warehouse. Im glad I did.
