Stephen King has been our agent now for just over a year, and in that year we have had a home built and needed a builders risk policy, now we are in the process of moving that policy to a new home policy, along with 2 new car policies. He is ALWAYS available to take our calls and being we live in another state and do not know the Virginia rules and regulations, he has completely walked us through every single step of the process to ensure we are covered completely for our new home and vehicles. He has gone above and beyond to reach out to our car dealership, when we encountered state to state transfer issues on 1 of our new vehicles, helped us get a chip in our windshield fixed. I have been a homeowner and vehicle owner for over 40 years and have never had an insurance representative work this hard or be as thorough in all those 40 years. We are extremely happy with his professionalism, the company policy prices, and all his help he has extended to us and plan to keep Stephen as our Liberty Mutual Rep forever.
