This insurance company is amazing, caring and wonderful! My family has been a customer since 1998. Reasonable rates and amazing customer service. Fast response when adding a vehicle or changing a policy. The most caring company for insurance needs in the Fredericksburg area. They treat you like family. I can speak from personal experience from the time of a phone call to report an issue until the issue is resolved they treat you like family! Plan to continue being a life long customer!

We paid our insurance electronically in September of 2023. When the payment did not go through, they made little attempt to contact us. They let us go uninsured for months, and then refused to reinstate our coverage. Nationwide did us extremely dirty, and I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

I got a e-mail from Nationwide insurance.Nationwide is conducting ariel inspections of homes. As a result, it appears there is miscellaneous yard debris which creates higher risk of personal injury/claim. I have attached the photos from Nationwide for your reference. Nationwide currently has your homeowners policy set to non-renew effective 12/20/2023. One is a photo of clean up bags we are using to clean up a flower bed and put into canvas bags. The second is of two carts out in the back of the yard used to haul debris. Nationwide is using satellite photos that you can't even make out all blury with streaks running thru them. Well my answer to Nationwide is USAA.
