        My family and I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership. When we purchased a car last year they promised to have it tinted for us, and never fulfilled that promisei called in to request for that service to be completed for us, instead the sales manager recommended a place for us to go instead with a discount. After dealing with a tumultuous health concern that had me disabled for over a year, I couldnt tend to my task of having the vehicle tinted in a timely manner. After contacting the dealership anticipating for them to provide me with the same information they had provided me with last, they told me it has been too long and they wont provide any assistance even with my current situation occurring. So much for working with customers, and providing assistance with a promise THEY couldnt fulfill. Eric, the salesman failed to provide the service he promised just for his commission, he blatantly told a bold faced lie of having the vehicle tinted and serviced the way we wanted to make his sale. This dealership lost a loyal customer in not just one person but in an entire family.
