Len is one of the few contractors in this market that is responsive and honest. He was extremely professional and detailed in his communication with us about our dock rebuild project. His crew finished the dock rebuild earlier than promised and the quality of work was in line with what was discussed. Dameron should be on your short list for any residential or pier construction projects.

I wish it were possible to leave a ZERO STAR REVIEW. This is an absolutely pathetic company and I pity anyone who has made the very unfortunate decision to work with them. We worked with Len as a subcontractor and he was a complete fraud, an outright liar, and an almost unimaginably unpleasant man. He and his wife have teamed up as some sort of dynamic duo of falsehoods and have made it their mission to try and fleece subcontractors. After providing excellent service, at the agreed upon price and on the agreed upon date, Len demanded we extend the rental 4 additional weeks at no extra cost. He threatened to retain the dumpster by force if we did not comply. Obviously, we did not acquiesce his demands as we did not get into business to be bullied by small, vicious people. We will not be working with them in the future and I highly suggest that anyone thinking of working with these unpleasant and very small people looks elsewhere so they are not burned the way we were.

I worked with Dameron Companies to build a dock on the river behind my house. Len was more than helpful during the design phase and permitting process making sure I followed all the red tape for proper permitting and zoning. During construction, he and his team worked diligently every day to ensure the final product was done quickly and exactly how I wanted it - he went out of his way at the end of the project to ensure I was satisfied and got the end product I desired. Since the dock was built 3 months ago the river has flooded 4 times, submerging the dock completely each time, one time by more than 10 feet. Each time the water recedes, the dock is unaffected and standing strong. The final product is more than I could have imagined and the process was simple and straight forward. I would highly recommend Len as a contractor after working with him and seeing the attention to detail he shows from start to finish.

Len Dameron did a great job on 2 different projects at my house. He rebuilt a sea wall and a boathouse. He did such a great job on the seawall a few years ago , I did not even get another bid on the boathouse that was destroyed by mother nature. I would recommend him!

Len Dameron was awful to work with. My son built with him and it was a terrible experience! No customer service whatsoever. Please think twice before using him.
