One star because is not available "negative stars" The experience was less than pleasant. Owner (Paul Iracaine) is Rude and he has selective hearing, he only understand what is convenient for him, otherwise he claims "communication problems" when it come to fix or repairs things, very curios that he didn't have any "understanding issues" during the agreement and signing of the contract, never stated "communication problems". This builder doesn't care about details, if the house pass the inspection, this is good enough; because he claims is about "aesthetic, if you like or not" my main floor hallway bathroom the toilet has different shade color, because it is functional he denied to replace it and also he claimed i can't see clear, it was all about the light bulb changes the color of the toilet, really!. Also, he denied to put all handles to the kitchen cabinets after found the value of the house was less than he was asking for, and many other details he didn't want to resolve "just because was the minimal required to pass the inspection" DON'T TRUST IN THIS BUILDER.
