This store is awesome!! Paul took care of all the issues I've been having with my s22ultra that's been replaced 5 times. I will be giving this store and Paul all my business from now on. As a local business owner. I'll be referring people to this store. Not sure who owns this store. I wouldn't let him get away from you. He impressed me enough to the fact that where he goes. I go. Forget the saying. Don't go to the independent stores. Well. Go to this one because they know what their doing.

This location has been super helpful with getting new devices, checking my bill and making adjustments, as well as any tech support questions I had. I had previously gone to the Central Park location and they were not very helpful and just told me to call in. My friend was told at the Central Park location that this location isnt authorized to work with business customers but my friend has been able to get help with his business account here. They were able to help him get new devices set up. Amazing costumer service and positive attitude with helping me through every.

Sabrina and Paul have helped me tremendously, where I was given a run around before with needing account help, they took the time to give detailed explanations and walk me through what I needed. Definitely recommend coming here

Caleb is amazing! He took the time out of his already busy morning to get me all set up on my account, including transferring my data to my new phone, so when I walked out the store, I didnt have to do anything. He broke everything down easily so that I would understand. One of the best customer service experiences I have had.
