        I went yo upgrade my phone yesterday and the gentleman that helped me was amazing! He was patient and offered everything he had without being pushy. 10/10

        I switched to Metro when I moved down here in 2019. Worst decision I made. Had Verizon or some form of Verizon for around 20 years so I had certain things expectations going in. The service is just flat out awful and the customer service just sucksat this location. We dropped them and went with another provider about 6 months ago and couldnt be happier.

        The workers here are so attentive and helpful in getting you what you need. They have great service, and also speak spanish which is great because it was easier for my parents to communicate. 100% recommend them!
