Poor customer service especially when you are black and you want to withdraw a big amount or do transfer. My experience with them last week was horrible I did a transfer and someone cancelled it without asking me questions and nobody would explain to me why it was cancelled. I will not recommend

Confused. Pnc hours on Google say it opens at 10Am. The sign on the physical door says 9am.

I will be closing my account with PNC after being a client for 11 years. My account had fraudulent activity as my debit card and check book were stolen from me. I called and asked to freeze the account and was told I had to go into a PNC location. I was advised to go Saturday before 2pm (I live over 1.5 from a pnc location) I drive all the way up to the 5436 patriot hwy branch to be told they cant see me. The lady I talked to said the people on the phone dont know what theyre talking about, were very understaffed and cant see you today. I asked if they could freeze the account, she said no. I asked if I could close the account she said no. So I called Bank of America which is 4 mins from this location. They also close at 2pm and this was now about 1pm. They were able to see me immediately and open a new account with no questions asked. Oh, and when I went back to withdraw everything from the account, she was sitting in her office doing absolutely nothing with not a single client in the building.

You have options. Don't choose this location. What a joke. The manager couldn't be bothered to help. A customer service rep twiddled his thumbs at his desk while we waited. Seriously twiddled. We were there to close our accounts. There was a young girl from another bank doing some further training ( greeting customers) who finally took pity on us , at the risk of getting yelled at, and she did. Guys, this took over an hour. This is the poorest run branch of non workers I have ever seen. Steer far away from this location if you need any form of help.
