      image I went there to get a power steering hose component part for my truck, when I explained to the parts counter guy what I was looking for because I didn't know what the part was actually called, I asked if his system would show a diagram with the hard lines that run off of the power steering pump to try and figure out what I was wanting (he had no idea) his response was "I don't know what it's called and I don't know if the system will show a diagram I just work here".
