I don't know if she realizes that her follow-up was a God send, but her superior customer service and follow up (with visuals) was key to me making a pivotal decision and making my house a home with a Bassett sofa.         We are a return customer at Bassett, previously having bought a king bed back in 2014 which is still in very good condition. I was looking for some accent chairs this time. Donna was extremely helpful and patient as we looked at various options. She had some very useful suggestions on how to arrange my current furniture and recommended a few options that helped tie everything together. Her customer service and design sensibility was excellent and made for a very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommend.
