Barcroft View Apartments

Reasonable pricing, good parking everything else is not reasonable. When I first moved, I had a couple days in and my kitchen sink got clogged, it wasnt working on a Thanksgiving day, maintenance came and blamed me infront of my family. Unprofessional. He kept shaming me in front of my family. I can start with mice/rat problems. If one resident leaves the family of mice goes to all homes. Laundry, the machines in the building I lived in NEVER worked! I had to go to other laundry rooms. People steal packages. Office knew and said it was not in their control. Also if you have a pet Therapy/Mental Health dog be ready to get notices for any thing your pet does. Yet, the whole neighborhood has a pet or dog once management leaves at 5pm. Kids do not play in the park until after 5pm when management leaves, no playing in the basketball court which is in the property. The cleaning lady for these apartments loves to gossip with that being said, she took pictures of my apartments multiple times without my consent. Also listened on my door which is weird for a cleaning person to do. She would blame anything on my son for no reason. I mentioned to office they just kept her away the week prior to leaving the apartments. There were no consequences. Glad I left and found a better home and location.

I used to live there for 12 years, I never liked it there because the managers were rude and they always change them, they wouldnt allow pets but they did allow cockroaches living for free and they would get in the fridge, I also didnt like how they would go to your house almost every month there was this one time that one of their staff came to our apartment without permission and he called us when we were having family time and we had to go back to the apartment and he wasted our time he was only there for 5 minutes and me and my siblings were mad because we didnt eat but just wasted our money, I also didnt like how you have limited parking, I also didnt like how they would turn on the air conditioning until August my parents would buy fans almost every year because it was hot.

The place transmits a lot of security. I like it because there is a lot of light at night and the parking system is also controlled. I hope they continue to be this good
