I am really satisfied with the workmanship from HomeDesigns workers. From the initial in-home assessment, all the way to the follow-up after the work was completed. I love my new tile in my laundry room and appreciate the owner understanding where I stood with my budget. Very professional workers and finished the job on time with no delays. I will definitely use this company for my other projects and I highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Tried getting a consultation for a kitchen remodel and was unable to. First time, the person doing the consultation came on the wrong day. Second time, I received a phone call 10 minutes past our appointment time asking to push 1-2 hours later after we had already moved our work schedules around to accommodate the originally scheduled time. The company only does consultations during the traditional work week/hours and being unable to stick to scheduled appointment times for a simple consultation sent red flags for being reliable to carry out a larger remodel job. Not to mention wasted time on our end moving work meetings around for not.

I could not be more pleased with the outcome of our home renovations (renovations included: basement bedroom and bathroom; primary bedroom and bathroom; guest bathroom; and living room addition) and the level of quality of Home Design! Every aspect is exactly as I envisioned and our home is now EXACTLY what Ive always wanted. The Home Design team went above and beyond in so many ways and the helpfulness, responsiveness, quality, personable nature, and skill level were incredible throughout. Contact these quick and responsive guys!! Over the years, several of my Virginia-dwelling family members have used Home Design DC for their kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room remodeling projects. Knowing how pleased all of them were with the results, I was thrilled when they agreed to renovate my kitchen in suburban Maryland. From the beginning I was impressed with their timely and clear communication. I did visit the showroom to choose materials, but everything else was handled via email, text messages or phone calls. Every time I contacted them, I received a prompt response. I appreciated the patience I was shown with my evolving ideas and the expert advice provided every step of the way. Once the actual project began, there was no stopping these guys! Every single day I could expect a crew to show up to accomplish another task. Unlike the contractors I know friends and neighbors have used, they never disappeared to go work elsewhere. Every worker had a tireless work ethic, and I was repeatedly contacted by my designer, Mark, to make sure I was entirely pleased with the progress. Ultimately, all our cabinetry, several appliances, the countertop, backsplash, and ceramic floor were replaced. I couldnt be happier with the results! I whole heartedly recommend Home Design DC to everyone in the DC Metro area who needs skilled, professional remodelers, who are QUICK and RESPONSIVE!
