We are extremely happy with our now remodeled kitchen, thanks to the very high standards set by Biltmore Design staff. The products they carry are top notch, the craftsmanship is excellent, and they so friendly and easy to talk to, patient with our many questions and flexible with our requests. We had to postpone our start date twice due to the pandemic - not a problem. Everyone loves our new kitchen, which has become the center of our home. Biltmore Design Galleria has been a joy to work with! From the very first moment we met Kelly in the shop to the first visit with Dave, we knew we had found our designers! We appreciated their design insights and ideas and quick responses to our questions and many changes along the way as we settled on our design plan and contract! Once the work began, we were very happy with each member of their team who came into our home and work on our kitchen! Everyone was so kind, thorough, and took real pride in their work, as if the project was in their own home! We are SOOO happy with the end result of our new kitchen! Dave and Kelly have been great to work with and very flexible with us! Biltmore uses only the highest quality products and professionals, and we can tell. Everyone who has seen our kitchen has commented that they can tell how high quality the craftsmanship is and the installation work also! One of the biggest things that impressed us was how clean each team member made things after any work, at the end of each work day the space would be shopvac'd/wiped down and any tools/materials being left overnight would be stored together off to the side. They took great care to ensure the inevitable mess of demo/etc did not reach other parts of our home! Thank you Biltmore! We look forward to working with you all again on our next project!
