Tops of the Town LLC

I found Bill through a referral from my contractor who had seen Bill's work in other jobs. I needed a countertop for my laundry room and found a Formica solid surface that I liked. From the beginning, Bill was very forthright about availability of material, expected delays, and also what he could do with my space and the amount of countertop I wanted ordered. Bill and his team (Luis and Jose) really did a fantastic job. I gave them a picture as an illustration of what I wanted to happen in the space, and the team delivered a finished product that exceeded my expectations with an install that held true to the pictured illustration but fitted for my space. The team was really careful and meticulous with installation and cleaned up after themselves. Lastly, I did compare prices with other countertop shops, and Bill was definitely competitive. I pat myself on my back for having chosen well!

We met the Bill and Luis while searching for someone to move our recently installed island top (that we purchased from another company) a few inches in each direction (the installers for the original company were rude and rushed so we did not want them coming back). They listened carefully and sympathetically and asked good questions to fully understand the situation and offered to help out. Luis was able to come by and carefully removed separated the top from the cabinet and was patient with us as we moved the top into its new position. Then he again with great care and neatness applied the caulking around the perimeter. He was very friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. We will keep Tops of the Town at the top of our list for future needs. Thanks again guys!

It was a pleasure working with Bill and his team. He has been very responsive and pleasant to work with throughout every phase of my project. The work was executed in a timely and professional manner, it felt like we received the white glove treatment.
