        I go to this branch every week to make my deposits. The staff is always very friendly & greets me with a smile & "how are you today Ma'am?" I'm always happy to see everyone & ask how their day is going. Every single one of my transactions at this branch has gone without a hiccup. Sonia & the rest of the staff are always friendly.         I was given the wrong information on the fee charged to get a stop payment performed. Was told it was $25, but we were charged $33. I had to look up the list of charges and PNC does charge $33, not $25. Just be careful and double-check.

        Came to the bank for a cash deposit and some change, quite a lot of money, but it was 4:35, the only thing I heard all the time while waiting was the two attendees complaining about the time, deposit slips not being correct, and mumbled at the time. This reminded THAT NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Bad customer perception of how not to take care of customers.
