I came here at 4pm and bank was empty, wanted to open an account they wanted to pass.i am not going to bring my business here

Stopped by this morning to get the change from TDBank , Kashia was so nice, elegant and best customer service 5 stars for her , Moroccan girl Monday December 18 I have bad experience with this location when I bring checks and cash for deposit 2 week ago. I didnt like the the service of this group. I give up this location and go to the location at German Street instead Today I stop by and so happy to see my favorite clerk Elfa , professional working, friendly and give me possible energy 5 stars for Elfa

I HIGHLY recommend to ask for saige!!!! She is the BEST i came in with my one year old to open a new account and he started fussing she helped me calm him and even gave him some crayons and a ball to play with which made the process go even faster. She explained all my options and answered all my questions in a way i could understand. She even showed me how to use the TD app and the ATM . Plus i was in a rush and i didnt even let her know. Somehow she managed to keep me there no more then 30 minutes while keeping me informed of everything. PLEASE go to her idk about the other people there but shes gave me the best service ive EVER had. She the most sweetest and nicest person there. She REALLY knows how to do her job. I cannot be more thankfull i ended up at TD with her helping me. Go to her and you wont regret it trust me.

Elfa was sweet. She was helpful! She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She helped with online banking and resolving an issue. Her customer service skills are great!!!

The atm at this location is always malfunctioning. It wasnt working this past weekend; was told it would be fix today (Monday) and low and behold its not depositing cash. What is the point? I had seen people inside and pleaded with them I was worried about my account being overdraft tomorrow and just needed to deposit $10. The woman told me flat out no. Were closed I can see your hours. I got off of work by the time you closed. She walked away. Your hours arent convenient for those who work a 9-5. Replace the atm or at the very least remove the coin machine (that has been discontinued for YEARS NOW) with an indoor atm. PLEASE. Gas is too expensive right now to be driving to the other locations nearby which was the only solution I was given. I see why people are switching to other banking companies.
