Large collection of frames!! Awesome customer service. Eye exam was great, professional Technicians and Doctors. Overall no issues and great pair frames for me and my daughter.

I didnt realize that the exams done at Eyesee Optique are done remotely. That means your consultation with an optometrist is done by video conference. The optometrist is able to conduct the exam remotely with some assistance from an employee onsite. It was a different experience from any previous optometrist Ive visited, but it all worked out. Perhaps this is the future of optometry. My only concern was that the onsite employee assisting me seemed a little inexperienced and unsure how to use some of the equipment. Also, when my exam information was sent to the optometrist to review, there was wrong information that created some confusion. In the end, it all got sorted out and I was able to pick up my glasses the next day. If youre comfortable with your optometrist seeing you remotely, then I recommend this location.

I brought my 3 year old in to shop for glasses. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with my young one. I was expecting at least 1 week to wait for her new glasses to be ready for pickup, but they called me the very next morning informing me that they were ready. This is unheard of! I, myself, and 2 of my children have glasses and I've never ever received a new pair so quickly. I was very impressed. Not only that, but they couldn't accept my insurance so they provided me with an affordable package deal on the frames/lenses that worked for our budget. The seem to want to help their customers save money.
They also offered adjustments on my other child's glasses if ever needed, even though that pair came from another store.
We'll be back for future purchases. We're very pleased. This is an above average, quality establishment overall.
