We've been going here for years as a family. We always get great service and Dr. Wynn wants to make sure your glasses or contacts fit and are right for you. If you've got concerns about insurance coverage for services or glasses/contacts, ask your questions and he will answer those questions. Work with him and he'll work with you.

I am so grossly disappointed in Wynn's practice. I went in for a contact fitting, but told him immediately that toric lenses give me blurry vision. So he of course tries to sell him on toric lenses (which is a significant up-charge). I decide to go through with the fitting, hoping a different brand will suffice, but as expected, blurry vision. When I told him about it, he just said "well some people just don't respond well, here's your prescription for eyeglasses". After that, he still billed my insurance, without going through with the whole fitting, so now I can't even see another optometrist until next year. PRETTY SURE THAT'S CALLED INSURANCE FRAUD. I will never return and I highly suggest that others STAY AWAY!
