Anytime I need to be checked for a virus , get labs done , or need any prescription this office jumps on it fast! The ladies up front are so kind , and Amy is the best!

My husband was seen at Mt Hermon on Saturday. He was there as the doors open. He was seen and tested positive for the flu. Everyone was great from the front desk to the back staff and Dr. I have to say they will work you in if they have an appt available. I will keep going there along with going to Sovah East also. All staff and Dr. are great

Will never go back here again. I had been going here for years but after my visit a few months ago I will never step foot in that place again. I came in for abdominal pain in my lower right abdomen that had been getting worse over a course of three days. I explained all my symptoms to which she told me she wanted to run a test to check my wbc. After giving blood she came back about 10 minutes later said my numbers were great that it wouldnt be appendicitis and said shed call in some 800mg ibuprofens for me and it would be fine. No abdominal exam was done. I left in tears calling my parents asking what to do as a just turned 20 year old would do. My gut told me something was not right and even though I was not vomiting or running a fever it was not normal for me to not even be able to push on my stomach without excruciating pain. I was able to get in to see another doctor and within 5 minutes of me talking to her and her feeling on my stomach she told me to go to ER to which I did and 8 hours after leaving Mt. Hermon I was going into surgery to have my appendix taken out. While I did catch it early, had I listened to Amy Stanfield and went home and just took the ibuprofen like she said I could have ended up in a way worse situation or even a life threatening one. These people have no business practicing medicine or being responsible for the lives of patients. The awful reviews and things I have heard about this place its a wonder they are still open.

Absolutely horrible i honestly question if anybody in the building actually went to school and graduated. I used to regularly go here when i was younger but thru the years they have become atrocious. the previous visit before my last i had gotten a bill from them even tho they had my insurance on file so i had to go back and give them the information all over again my most recent visit was about 3 days ago i went in for a cough and sore throat (my son has rsv but his apt was at a pediatrician after mine) they ran strep and covid test both negative so they did a throat culture and i havent received my results yet but im sure i have rsv but my mother called them yesterday and they said they couldnt even do anything because the dr i saw wasnt in yesterday. well my mama called back today and now they are saying that my MOTHER needs to contact my obgyn bc i breastfeed and apparently none of the doctors here know whats safe for me to take. have you ever heard of the doctors asking the patient to call and see what another doctor says they can take?honestly this place deserves to be shut down. update they had me call my obgyn knowing that they cant prescribe me anything seeing as how they didnt see me for a cough and sore throat so my mama called back and then they said we needed to call my sons pediatrician to see what i can take and to no surprise they said exactly what my obgyn said and now they are trying to back track and say they cant prescribe me anything for my cough even though my breastfeed son has been prescribed hydroxyzine for his cough by his pediatrician. this is absolutely unbelievable i saw allison bailey.
