        Called needing simple medication refill. Girl was outright unhelpful and rude! I thought this was an urgent care facility? Set up appointment a month from now? Seriously? FAIL!

        We called up there one-day for my son to be seen, the front receptionist Shaina was great told us to come up there between 1-4 and when we got there the other receptionist was completely rude I don't know her name , she has red hair. She seems to not care about the customers or anything very hateful! Told us he would not be seen today and she doesn't know why they would tell us to come and then proceeded to ignore us!But the doctor was great and besides that receptionist our visit was great
