Katie has been so amazing in helping my chronic neck pain and upper back tightness. I love that she makes PT fun and challenges me, which is something that my past experiences with physical therapy lacked. She is able to incorporate both manual therapy as well as exercises to provide a well-rounded treatment plan that is really tailored to your individual needs. While working with her, Ive noticed big improvements in my CrossFit workouts as well! I really look forward to my sessions with her.

So effective ar providing non-invasie solutions that bring lasting relief of muscle, joint and back pain. Zeroed in on the muscular and flexibility issues that were causing the problem and addressed them. Highly recommended!

Dr. Katie Batiste has been such a huge help over the last year or so. I suffer with arthritis in my hips and shoulders, as well as plantar fasciitis and just general aches and pains. I started going to Katie when she offered her services at Codename Crossfit in Culpeper where Im a member. What a huge difference its made in my life! She uses traditional methods as well as dry needling and cupping to treat/manage pain, while working to improve strength and flexibility with stretching and exercise, both during sessions and with programs for home. It has made a tremendous difference in my quality of life, and ability to participate in so many more activities. I 100% recommend Active Reload for anyone wanting to improve their quality of life. And Katie is just good people as well as very good at what she does.
