After a total knee replacement PT was a key part of my recovery, the staff at blue ridge PT in Culpeper were great, they listened when I had questions and worked with me to get me back to my previous activity level safely and with the knowledge of how/when to modify movements. I have to admit that going into physical therapy, I was immensely skeptical. I had actually put it off for years until I was finally forced to go. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew Carter and the Blue Ridge Physical Therapy in Culpeper! Andrew was incredibly professional and hardworking. I always looked forward to working with him. After my first few sessions, I noticed improvement. And after ten session, I'm totally back to where I was (and able to run again!). I credit it all to Andrew and Blue Ridge.

Blue Ridge therapy is the place to go. Andrew is awesome he takes time with you. He has great exercises and let me tell you you do feel it, and I didnt feel like I was rushed I highly recommend Blue Ridge therapy. Cant wait to get back there.

Andrew has been nothing but amazing. From the initial evaluation, to today, his number one priority has been making sure my lower back is corrected. Not only is he focused on making sure it is corrected, he is also teaching me what to do in the future so the injury does not happen again. He is committed to his patients and makes them feel comfortable during each session. I highly recommend Andrew Carter as your next Physical Therapist!

I have been going to the Blue Ridge in Warrenton for a couple years now for my chronic pain and they have helped tremendously! I am so happy they opened up a location here in Culpeper to be closer to home. The lead therapist, Andrew Carter, is fantastic! He has helped alleviate my pain through teaching me different exercise techniques. He is also able to perform the dry needling technique to help treat my treatmusculoskeletal painand movement issues. He gets the exact spot every time and I always feel amazing after leaving. He is very professional and caring about your needs to make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Physical Therapy to take care of your PT needs!
