Financed by USDA-RD and property management/owner receives lots of government money for upkeep and maintenance and money to subsidize low income tenants. The place is in terrible shape for the money they have been given. The same agency that keeps money flowing to them has not done an inspection here since 2019 and even that one was done without pictures and documentation.
